God named as defendant in law suit... for terrorism

Senator Ernie Chambers has decided to call God (presumably the Christian one) to court to defend Himself for making terroristic threats, to wit: "Defendant has made and continues to make terroristic threats of grave harm to innumerable persons, including constituents of Plaintiff whom Plaintiff has the duty to represent. Defendant directly and proximately has caused, inter alia (among other things), fearsome floods, egregious earthquakes, horrendous hurricanes, terrifying tornados, pestilential plagues, ferocious famines, devastating droughts, genocidal wars, birth defects and the like.

What happens if God doesn't appear? Perhaps a either an arrest warrent or a default judgement against God for failure to appear? A letter from the State saying that they neither have nor can find God? That the separation of church and state prevents them from forcing Him to appear?
