I'd like to buy the world a coke

Back when I was a child, Coca-Cola had a commercial in which it plopped a representative of all the human races on a mountaintop and had them sing... "I'd like to buy the world a coke...." That was back in the early 70s... These days that would cost about 4 billion dollars if each can cost $.60. Thats one coke for each of the 6,632,365,655.

I strongly encourage the person to do all this coke buying to do so soon. Your cost has gone up by several dollars in the time that it has taken you to read this post. That's what happens when 3.3 people are born a second.

In less dramatic news, the US is going to to surpass 300 million living people in 3 months. That is still enough to have a chain of americans holding hands all the way to the moon -- well, if one ignored basic physics, that is.
